ARDEX K 301™ Exterior Self-Leveling Concrete Topping
An industry first, exterior self-leveling cement-based topping for fast-track resurfacing and smoothing over concrete, porous tile and some non-porous surfaces when properly prepared
– on, above or below grade. Hardens quickly and dries fast without shrinking or cracking. Makes old, spalled or damaged concrete look like new.
Excellent as an underlayment for indoor sub-floor prep during new construction or existing renovations where the substrate will be exposed to weather and other elements before the final flooring is installed excellent product for the building of the fast track and limited time.
